Health supplements
We obtain most of our protein and calcium through animal products,
even though the meat industry is notorious for their mistreatment of
animals–which has prompted many converts to a vegetarian/vegan
diet. However, vegans may need health supplements to cover all the lacking
nutrients that animal products offer.

Anemia is caused by the lack of vitamin B12 in a diet, a vitamin that

to avoid suffering this deficiency of red blood cells.
